Fish Hunter Snapper Piccata

  • 1 Egg
  • 1 Lemon
  • 1 Teaspoon Olive Oil
  • 1 Tomato
  • 2 Cloves of Garlic
  • Italian Bread Crumbs
  • Parmesan cheese

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Beat egg in bowl until thinned.

Roll Fresh Gulf Caught Snapper in egg.

Mix ½ parmesan cheese ½ Italian bread crumbs in mixing bowl.

Lightly bread snapper in batter.

Dice 2 cloves garlic, 1 whole tomato, slice one whole lemon.

Place lightly breaded fish on oven friendly tray.

Lightly drizzle 1 teaspoon olive oil on top.

Add capers, diced tomatoes, garlic, and lemon slice on top. Place in oven for 10-12 minutes or until fully cooked.
