- 4 Eggs
- Buffalo Wing Sauce
- Canola Oil
- Fresh gulf grouper
- Italian Bread Crumbs
Cut grouper into 4 inch by 4 inch pieces.
Beat 4 eggs in bowl until thoroughly thinned.
Take flour and italian bread crumbs.
Mix in bowl until combination of two is even.
Roll grouper in egg batter.
Roll grouper in flour and bread crumbs mixture.
Repeat process until all fish has proper breading.
Place skillet on stove on medium to high heat.
Fill halfway with canola oil.
Preheat for ten minutes.
Add grouper nuggets.
Cook for 6-8 minutes or until golden brown.
Remove from oil.
Add favorite wing sauce of your choice.
