For experienced Anglers and those with a lust for acquiring experienced fishing skills, fishing the Gulf of Mexico is an exciting experience. We will punch in some coordinates and off we go to a natural or artificial reefs, sunken boats and other structural habitats for fish. Many time we will toss a net for bait fish on the way out of Naples Bay Channel.
Using live bait, cut bait, jigs or shrimp we may free line cast, troll or jig to surface or bottom fish. Fish we may catch in the Gulf include: Shark, Spanish mackerel, King Mackerel, Little Tunny, Cobia, Permit, Grouper, Barracuda, Snapper, Red Fish and Tarpon

Trips aboard the MS. B. Haven are for 4, 6 and 8 hours and may accommodate up to 6 people, (However we recommend 4 people).
Capt Mike will always be the judge of the weather condition on the day of your trip. Temperature, winds, tides, fronts and storm warning are always monitored by the captain. If weather is adverse, he reserves the right to change the direction of your trip to backwater. Additionally, sometimes Capt Mike might suggest fishing more backwater than Gulf fishing , if he has knowledge that a specific fish is biting hot that day!
